【摘要】 目的：通过本例病例报告，提出表皮样囊肿不仅仅发生在文献上所报道的部位，而发生于腮腺内表皮样囊肿亦不可忽视。方法：手术切除病变组织，术后病理活体组织检查。结果：临床诊断和病理检查相一致，术后三年追踪肿瘤无复发。结论：本例发生于腮腺内，可能为胚胎发育时期上、下颌突分叉处的外胚层上皮遗留于腮腺间质中的上皮细胞发展而形成囊肿。更多还原

【Abstract】 It isnt a common epidermoid cyst that epidermoid cyst in parotid glands was detected by auther.These methods,operation resection and pathological diagnosis for ill tissue,were applied in this study.Both clinical diagnosis and pathological diagnosis for it were the same cyst.After operation tumor recurrence dont our for three years.The new idea is suggested in reference to the etiology of the epidermoid cyst in parotid glands.更多还原
