【摘要】 为了提高菌株鉴定水平, 我们自1985～1998 年参加了省临检中心细菌室间质控工作, 共鉴定下发菌株142 株,鉴定正确131 株(占92.25% ), 误检11 株(7.75% )。本文总结了鉴定工作的经验, 并对误检原因进行分析。认为理论、实践和学科新进展是提高鉴定水平的关键更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to raise identification level of bacteria strains,we took part in quality controlled work on bacteria by comparison among testing rooms which was organized by Clinical Inspection Center of Zhejiang Province from 1985 to 1998.We were assigned 142 bacteria strains and we assayed all of them in which 131 strains(92 25% of total strains) were identified correctly and 11 strains(7 75%) were identified wrong.This article summarizes experience of the idenfification work and analyses reasons for wrong inspection.It realizes that the key for raising identification level is theory、practice and new development of subject.更多还原
