【摘要】 目的:通过了解青岛市居民死因变化情况，为预防和治疗疾病提供依据。方法：本文研究了我市区1997年疾病监测点的1108例死因资料。结果：居民在年龄性别死亡率方面的差异有显著性（P＜0．001）。主要死因顺位为心脑血管疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统、意外伤害等。慢性病死亡占总死亡的66．42％。结论：应加强慢性病的防治工作和意外死亡相关因素的监督、监测工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to observe the changes of the causes of death among the residents in Qingdao so as to facilitate prevention and treatment. Methods: This article studied 1108 cases residents from diseases surveillance points in our city in 1997.Results: The results showed sighficant sex difference in age-specific death rate (P<0. 001). The main sequences were as below: cardiovasculor and cerebrovascular diseases, neoplasms. respiratory deseases, injuries. Chronic diseases take up 66. 42% of the mortalities.Conclusiohs: Data suggested the surveillance of injuries and the prevention and control of chronic dieases should be strengthened.更多还原
