【摘要】 了解公共场所卫生监督文书制作现状，促进卫生监督工作规范化，对吕梁地区公共场所卫生监督文书制作进行抽样调查，结果为：从业单位卫生许可证发放率为80．58％，从业人员持证率为78．20％，五种卫生监督文书填写符合率分别为：卫生许可证83．93％、健康合格证74．62％、卫生监督意见书53．08％、现场卫生监督笔录为71．54％、卫生行政处罚决定书83．08％，影响符合率的因素主要为文书填写项目不全，书写不规范，制作程序不完备，所提建议针对性不强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Making a sample check of the present documents making on public sanitation superviaion so as to know the present official papers making in public sanitation supervision and to promote the standardization of sanitation supervision work shows the following outcome. The units hold the Hygiene Permit, which accounts for 80. 58%, 78.20% of the management staff hold the Certificate. Here are the qualified rate of five documents on public sanitation supervision. ①The qualified rate Of filling in hygiene permit form makes up 83. 93 %. ②The qualified rate of Hygiene Cerfificate Form accounts for 74. 62%. ③The qualified rate of sanitation supervision reports for advice is 53. 08%. ④The qualified rate of the spot written records of sanitation supervision is 71.54%. ⑤The qualified rate of the written administrative determination punishment by hygiene supervision, is 83. 08%. The existing problem is that documents handwriting is not standard, the items filled in incomplete toe making procedure incomplete,the operations made weak in accordance with it and the operative suggestion fewer.更多还原
