莼菜多糖降低小鼠血糖作用的研究
LOWERING BLOOD SUGAR OF MICE BY CHUNCAI POLYSACHARIDE.
【摘要】 目的:探讨莼菜多糖降低血糖的作用。方法:用3%药菜多糖溶液分别10ml/kg体重和20ml/kg体重灌胃给予高血糖模型小鼠连续20天。结果:实验组降糖作用优于阴性对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),与阳性对照组比较降糖作用差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:研究证明莼菜多糖具有降低血糖作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: In order to explore the effect of Chuncai polysacharide on lowering blood sugar. Methods: Chuncaipolysacharide solution with a 3 percent concentration was fed to mice with mimic hypeglycemia (10ml/kg weight and 20ml/kgweight ). Result: The results showed that the levels of blood sugar lowered more markedly in the test groups than those in the controls, the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 01). Conclusion: The study demonstrated that Chuncai polysacharidehad the effect of lowering blood sugar.
