【摘要】 目的：探讨莼菜多糖降低血糖的作用。方法：用3％药菜多糖溶液分别10ml／kg体重和20ml／kg体重灌胃给予高血糖模型小鼠连续20天。结果：实验组降糖作用优于阴性对照组，差异有显著性（P<0．01），与阳性对照组比较降糖作用差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论：研究证明莼菜多糖具有降低血糖作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to explore the effect of Chuncai polysacharide on lowering blood sugar. Methods: Chuncaipolysacharide solution with a 3 percent concentration was fed to mice with mimic hypeglycemia (10ml/kg weight and 20ml/kgweight ). Result: The results showed that the levels of blood sugar lowered more markedly in the test groups than those in the controls, the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 01).
