【摘要】 本文对彗星实验的悬浮染毒与传统染毒方式进行了敏感性和方法学的对比研究。结果表明：采用悬浮染毒检测化合物引起的DNA损伤比传统染毒方式具有更敏感、节省细胞和时间、均匀性好、操作更方便等优点，值得推广。文中还对悬浮染毒方式的某些实验条件进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 in this paper, two exposure conditions were compared in comet assay. The results revealed that the method of suspended exposure was more sensitive than that of traditional exposure for detecting DNA damage of chemicals and needed less cellsas well as easier to manipulate.
