【摘要】 本文采用“焦点问题小组讨论会”收集历史资料来反映1980～1995年间松滋市血防工作变化。随着我国政治经济体制改革的不断深入，血防工作也发生了一系列变化，主要变化有：血防办公室由市卫生局领导变为由市农委领导；血防所站由专业机构转变为综合性全科医疗服务机构；血防经费由全额政府拨款变为部分自筹；血吸虫病患者治疗费用由全免费变为基本自费；血吸虫病患者以前全部在血防机构就医，现在有相当部分流向其他医疗机构就医。变革初期血吸虫病疫情有所回升，但目前已得到控制。目前血防工作中还有许多实际问题要解决。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reported the development of schistosomiasis control activities in Songzi County during 1980-1995 bymeans of Focus Group Discussion. In the early stage of economical system reform of China, the schistosomiasis was surged becausethe control program of the disease had not been compatible with the changing economical system. The inverse situation was controlled as the management system of the disease was improved along with the economical system. The substantial measures weretaken as follows: (1) the Schistosomiasis Control office was taken over from Health Bureau to Agriculture committee of the county, (2) the function of the schistosomiasis control station was changed from single disease control to comprehensive clinic services.(3)the dependence of finance-raising for the disease was completely on high-lever govelnments to partly on its own income of professional activities, (4) the treatment of the disease was free from charge to paying mostly by patient himself, (5) all patients hadto go to schistosomiasis control station for treatment before reform. l)ut part of them could go to other medical institution after reform.
