【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:A HPLC method for the determination of aloin in the leaves of Aloe vera L. var Chinensis(Haw.) Berger was developed.METHOD:The anthraquinones were extracted from the leaves by ultrasonic wave using MeOH,and aloin was separated by thin layer chromatography.The spot of aloin was then extracted with MeOH and determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The average recovery of the method is 96.17% and RSD is 1.00 %(n=5).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate and simple with good reproducibility.The results provide a tool to study the leaves of aloe.更多还原
