【摘要】 为了解窦性心率正常范围,对356例年龄18～85(50.0±17.0)岁的健康人(男性187例,女性169例),行24h动态心电图检查,计算13:00～17:00安静状态下其中3h的平均窦性心率.结果心率为74.5±11.1次/min,95%可信区间为53.1～96.2次/min,男性(75.2±11.0次/min)与女性(74.0±11.0次min)差异无显著意义(P>0.05),年龄与心率之间无相关性(男性r=-0.11,女性r=-0.14,P均>0.05).认为将窦性心率正常范围定为55～95次/min有助于提高诊断心动过速的敏感性及心动过缓的特异性.更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to evaluate normal range of sinus heart rate, 356 healthy adults (187 men and 169 women, aging from 18 to 85 years with mean 50.0 ?17 years) were investigated by 24 hour Holter. Heart rate (HR) of 3 hours in resting state (daily activity, no exercise and sleep) between 1 to 5 P.m. recorded by Holter was used to calculate mean HR. Results showed that mean HR in all subjects was 74.5 ?11.1 heats/min, 95% confidence interval was 53.1 ~ 96.2 beats/min. There was no significant difference between male (75.2 ?11.0 beats/ min) and female(74.0?11.0 beats/min) groups(p> 0.05) and no relationship between age and HR(male r = - 0.11, female r = -0.14, both P > 0.05) .It is considered that if 55 ~ 95 beats/min is accepted as normal range of sinus HR, it may improve diagnostic sensitivity of tachycardia and specificity of bradycardia.更多还原
