【摘要】 针对《中国学术期刊》安全操作存在的问题，在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ ９５界面上用 Ｖｉｓｕａｌ Ｂａｓｉｃ开发了用户保障程序，使用户操作更简便，系统维护更安全．
【Abstract】 This paper mainly analyses the safe problems of researching CAJ CD-ROM and introduces how to write a program for Windows 95 with Visual Basic 5. 0 to solve those problems.
