【摘要】 主要通过论述当前高等学校图书馆的现状，阐述了高校建设文献信息网的意义、建设重点和策略，最后分析了基于ＷＷＷ的高校文献信息网络的建设思路和建议。

【Abstract】 This paper discribes the situation of university libraries in Chine and discusses the main point and strategy of construction of information network in university and makes a suggestion of construction of information networkbased on WWW.
