【Abstract】 The gel casting of Si3N4-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 ceramics was studied in this paper. The effects of composite dispersant, pH value and solid load on the viscosity of slurry were analysed. Finally, the slurry with solid loading of 47vol% and viscosity of 455mPa ?s was successfully prepared. The slurry is suitable for gel casting. A lot of Si3N4-base parts with complex shapes were produced by using this slurry.更多还原
