高聚合度聚氯乙烯的性能及影响因素
PROPERTIES OF THE PLASTICIZED HIGH MW PVC AND ITS PROCESS
【摘要】 以高聚合度聚氯乙烯 (HP -4 0 0 0 )为研究对象 ,探讨了不同聚合度、增塑剂、填料、改性剂及加工温度对体系力学性能的影响 ,并介绍了加工性能改良剂KANEACEPA -2 0的应用效果
【Abstract】 The influences of polymerization degree of PVC,plasticizer,filler,modifying agent, the processing temperature on the mechanical properties of the plasticized high molecular weight PVC blends were discussed. The effects of processing aid, KANE ACE Pa-20,on the process were introduced.
