【摘要】 目的：探讨胃电图对胃肠疾病的诊断价值．方法：对362例有胃肠病者用胃电图检查仪检查，并与纤维胃镜检查结果对照．结果：各组胃病患者胃电慢波频率，波幅不相同．对浅表性胃炎、胆汁返流性胃炎和十二指肠炎的诊断符合率较高，对十二指肠溃疡及胃溃疡的诊断符合率较低．结论：胃电图对部分胃肠疾病具有较高的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To approach the diagnostic value of electrogastrogram in gastrointestinal diseases.Methods:Electrogastrograph was performed in 362 patients with gastrointestinal symptoms andsignes.These results were contrasted with those of gastroscopy.Results:Various gastrointestinal diseaseshad different frequency and amplitude of slow-wave.Electrogastrogram had diagnostically highercoincidence rates in chronic superficial gastritis,chole- reflux gastritis,and duodenitis, but thecoincident rates were lower in duodenal ulcer and gastrohelcoma.Conclusions:Electrogastrogram hasdiagnostically higher value in some gastrointestinal diseases.更多还原
