【摘要】 目的　研究内固定技术在颧骨、颧弓骨折治疗中的应用。方法　对资料完整的130 例颧骨、颧弓骨折进行了分类,对不同类型骨折的治疗方法、固定方式、效果等进行了总结分析。结果　Ⅲ类骨折颧颌缝区和颧额缝区两处固定,Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ类骨折选择颧颌缝区、颧额缝区和眶下缘区三处固定可获得优良的复位效果。结论　根据骨折类型选择固定部位与固定方式,两处以上内固定可使Ⅲ- Ⅵ类型骨折复位获得良好的稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectivc To study the application of the fixation technique in zygomatic fracture.Methods 130 zysomatic fracture cases with detail data were classified and the treatment、fixation pattern and effect acoording to different zygomatic fracture were analyzed.Results The ideal results can be acquired,with fixation at maxillary buttress,front zygomatic suture in Type Ⅲ,and fixation at maxillary buttress,front zygomatic suture and inferior orbital rim in type Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ fractures.Conclusion Two and more sites fixation should acquire good stability in Ⅲ-Ⅵ type zygomatic fracture.更多还原
