上中切牙铸造陶瓷全冠三维有限元分析
Three-dimensional finite element analysis of castable-ceramic crowns of the upper central incisor
【摘要】 目的 分析上中切牙铸造陶瓷全冠不同颈缘形态的应力分布规律,为陶瓷全冠的临床应用提供依据。方法 采用三维有限元法。结果 瓷冠唇、舌侧颈缘有张应力、压应力集中;瓷冠表面应力> 冠内应力> 制备体应力;台肩型较凹面型陶瓷冠的应力值小。结论 临床制备陶瓷全冠时建议设计台肩型,冠颈缘厚度应在0 .5 ~1 .0m m 之间,冠表面应高度抛光,去除裂纹,以提高冠的抗折能力。
【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of thes study was to examine the effect of different cervical marginal shapes on rhe stress distribution of castable ceramic crowns of upper central incisor.Methods three-dimensional finite element analysis were used.Results The results showed that compressive stress and tensile stress concentration were observed at labial and lingual cervical parts of the ceramic crown;the stress at the surface of the crown was highest,the stress inside the crown was higher than that inside the prepared teeth;the shoulders stress value was lower than the chambers.The results provided theoretic foundation for clinical application of castable ceramic crown.Conclusion It suggested the shoulder design should be recommended in clinical practice when the castable ceramic crowns are planned;The cervical thickness of the crown should within 0.5 ~ 1.0 mm;the crowns surface should be polished well to improve its resistance to fracture.
