【摘要】 目的　探讨国产纯钛金属在口腔可摘义齿中的应用。方法　 为５０ 例牙列缺损和牙列缺失患者制做了国产纯钛金属的可摘义齿６３ 件， 随诊１ 年， 观察义齿卡环的折断率，金属基托的颜色和患者的粘膜情况。结果、结论　纯钛金属是具有极好生物相容性、良好抗腐蚀性、重量最轻、并且不会产生过敏的牙科材料， 确定其卡环的粗细的最小值和最佳值， 证实了国产纯钛金属在口腔可摘局部义齿特别是全口义齿中应用的优越性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aim of the research was to investigate the application of pure titanium made in China. 55 removable partial dentures and 8 full dentures were made for 50 patients. Followed up one year, the biocompatibility, low weight to volume, corrosion resitance, hypoallergnic of pure tianium were tested and verified, the dimension of pure titanium clasps were defined. The reserach showed the advantages of the pure titanium made in China in removable partial denture and more advantages in full denture.\;更多还原
