【摘要】 目的　比较不同结晶水过硼酸钠与３０ ％ 过氧化氢或蒸馏水结合的漂白功效。方法　６６ 颗单根管牙人工染色后行不同结晶水含量的过硼酸钠分别与３０ ％ 过氧化氢和蒸馏水结合后的冠内漂白术，并在第１ 、３ 天置换漂白剂。结果　６ 天后完全漂白的成功率达６３ ．６４ ％ ～８１ ．８２ ％ ，不同结晶水过硼酸钠的漂白效果无显著差异；过硼酸钠与３０ ％ 过氧化氢或蒸馏水结合的漂白效果无显著差异。结论　与一般漂白剂相比，过硼酸钠的漂白时间较短（ 仅６ 天） ，漂白效果相同。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the bleaching efficacy of different types of the sodium perborate mixed with either 30% H 2O 2 or H 2O.Methods Sixty-six extracted teeth with one root canal were intracororal bleached for a 6 day period after artificially staind. Different types of the sodum peborate mixed either 30% H 2O 2 or H 2O were placed into the pulp chamber and the bleaching pastes were replaced at day 1 and day 3.Results Success rate between 63.64% and 81.82% was achieved,but no significant differences were noted between any of the sodum perborate types.The bleaching efficacy of sodium perborate mixed with 30% H 2O 2 and mixed with H 2O had no significant differences.Conclusion Bleaching time of sodium perborate is shorter (only 6 days) compared with other pastes,but its efficacy is equivalent.更多还原
