【摘要】 目的本文重点在于研究额下颌关节造影曲面体层x线照片的投照方法及其在临床上的应用，以提高此项投照技术方法利用芬兰产PM2002CC型曲面体层X线机，采用额下颌关节单、双侧开、闭口创位曲面体层的投照方法，对80例患有领下颌关节疾病的患者进行了项下颌关节造影检查和投照，并对颞下颌关节造影的X线照片质量进行了评价.结果在颞下颌关节造影曲面体层的X线照片中，可以清楚地显示造影剂与颞下颌关节各组织关系的影像；投照技术容易掌握；照片质量易于保证；既满足了诊断的需要又为临床及时诊治提供了重要依据。结论我们认为，进行颞下颌关节造影检查，采用颞下颌关节曲面体层的投照检查方法可以推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective in order to improve the radiographic technique of the panoramic- arthrography , thearthrographic methods and its clinical applications were studied. Methods 80 cases of TMD patients were selected.Panoramic-arthrograms were taken with PM2002CC panoramic machine made in Finland and the images were evaluated.Results Temporomandibular joint arthrograms could clearly show the relationship between the contrast and the structuresof the TMJ. Conclusion Panoramic - arthrography is helpful in the temporomandibular joint arthrographic examination and the technique is easy.更多还原
