计算机化颅面三维测量及手术预测系统的研制及临床应用
A computerzed 3- D measurement and surgical prediction system for craniofacial deformities
【摘要】 目的简要报道我院开发建立的一个颅颌面畸形计算机化三维测量分析系统。方法系统内容主要有1.颜面部莫尔等高条纹的计算机测量与分析;2.近景生物立体摄影技术在颅面畸形测量中的应用;3.正颌外科手术的计算机模拟设计及面像预测;4颅面结构三维CT的重建和手术设计。结果经过多年的探索和开发,本系统的实验研究和临床应用均达到预期目的。结论该系统十分有助于对各种颅面及牙颌畸形和缺损的外科矫治。包括诊断、治疗设计、模拟手术及容貌变化的预测等。
【Abstract】 Objective To develop a computerized three dimensional system for diagnosis, surgical planning andprediction of craniofacial and orthognathic surgery. Methods The system was composed of following subsystem:①Computerized Moire tomography for craniofacial malformations. ② Biosteometrics and computergraphics for facial morphology analysis. ③ Video surgical simulation and predoction for orthognathic surgery ④3 - D CT imagereconstruction for craniofacial surgery. Results The experimental study and clinical.application of this system werecompleted successfully. The system was developed on the basis of maxillofacial morphology in normal Chinese adults andsoft - hard tissue change ratios following orthognathic surgery .Conclusion This system is very helpful for the clinician indiagnosis and treatment planning of patients with craniofacial deformities.
