【摘要】 目的：探讨家长参与对小儿脑瘫康复的影响。方法：将符合诊断标准的８０例脑瘫患儿随机分成两组，每组４０例。对照组接受正规的康复治疗；参与组在进行上述正规治疗的同时强调家长参与在家中坚持治疗。时间６～１２个月。结果：参与组的显效率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），差异显著。结论：家长参与治疗有利于脑瘫患儿的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of parents in volving intreatrnet on infant cerebral palsy rehabilitation .Methocl:Randomdivide 80 patients who were caretly diagnosised with cerebral palsy into to groups .The contrd group were given regularlyrecovery training while those in parents involoing in tveatment group were given the same treatment as well as parents involving in treatment insist on training at home .about 6 to 12 months.Result :The rate of recovery of infant cerebral palsy in parents involving in treatment group was superior to those in the control group (P<0.01).There was a signifincant difference between the two groups.Condusion:Parents involving in treatmeat on infant cerebral Palsy rehabilitation is great helpful .更多还原
