【摘要】 目的：探讨对股骨髁间骨折病人康复治疗的方法和意义。方法：对２０例股骨髁间骨折病人手术后施行关节活动度训练、移动动作训练，以及穴位按摩等康复治疗。并观察其关节功能。结果：按Ｒａｎａｗａｔ评分法，优１７例（８５％），良２例（１０％），差１例（５％），优良率占９５％。结论：康复治疗对股骨髁间骨折病人手术后关节功能恢复具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To inquire into the methods and Significance of rehabilitation trearment in the patients of open fracture in femeral intracondylar.Methods:Rehabilitation treatment including range of motion,action of motion and massage in acupuncture point to the 20 cases Patient of open fracture femeral intracondylar.Results:By Ranawat’s method,17 cases had the excellent results(85%),2 cases had the good results(10%),1 case had poor results(5%),the ratio of excellent and good results was 95%.Conclusion:Rehabilitation treatment have great signifieance to the patients’s jotnt function.Who’s femeral infracondylar was fractured after operation.更多还原
