【摘要】 目的：提高乳癌患者术后的生存质量。方法：１０６例乳癌根治术后患者，随机分为Ａ、Ｂ两组，术后早期进行功能锻炼为Ａ组，共６６例；Ｂ组于术后３个月开始进行系统功能锻炼，为４０例；术后１ａ随访。结果：Ａ组肩关节活动度明显优于Ｂ组。结论：早期功能锻炼对乳癌根治术后上肢功能恢复具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the living quality of patients undertaken radical operation of mastocarcinoma.Method:Total 106 pationts who undertook the operation were radon allocated as two groups included 66patients,who dirigation began early after operations.The other 40 patients began dirigation 3 months later began to group B.Result: one year follow up survey showed the mobility of shoulder joints of patients of group A was much better than those of group B.Conclusion:Early oirigations is helpful for the patients undertaken radical operation of mastocarcinoma.更多还原
