【摘要】 目的：探讨失语症的治疗方法。方法：采用语言训练、药物治疗和针刺等综合治疗由于脑出血、脑梗塞和脑外伤所致的失语症患者１２０例。结果：总有效率达９４．２％，显效率为６０．０％。Ｂｒｏｃａ失语、传导性失语、经皮层运动性失语、底节性失语的疗效比ｗｅｒｎｉｃｋｅ失语、经皮层感觉性失语、经皮层混合性失语及完全性失语的疗效好；疗程小于三个月的疗效比大于三个月的好；初次评估时失语程度越严重，其疗效越差。结论：综合治疗是治疗失语症的好方法，而且越早治疗效果越好，听理解较好、失语程度较轻的疗效更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the treatment method of aphasia.Methods:By integrated treatment involved language training,medication,acupuncture and so on,one hundred and twenty patients of aphasia induced by cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral trauma were treated and studied.Results:The effective rate was up to 94.2% and the remarkable effective rate was 60.0%.The treatment effectiveness of broca aphasia,conduction aphasia,transcotrical motor aphasia and basal ganglion aphasia was better than that of wernicke aphasia,transcortical,sensory aphasia,mixed transcortical aphasia and global aphasia.The patients being treated in three months were better than beyond three months.The more seriously aphasia at the first primarily evaluation,the west treatment effectiveness.Conclusion:The integrated treatment is the effective method for aphasia treatment.The earlier treatment,the better.If the ability of listening understand was better and the degree of aphasia was lighter,the treatment would be more effective.更多还原
