【摘要】 目的： 探讨血、尿内皮素在慢性肾炎中的作用。方法： 检测正常人、慢性肾小球肾炎患者血内皮素（ＰＥＴ） 和１２ ｈ 尿内皮素排泄量（ＵＥＴ）、内生肌酐清除率（Ｃｃｒ）。结果：所有患者ＰＥＴ、ＵＥＴ水平均升高。ＵＥＴ与病理分级有相关性，ＰＥＴ与病理分级无相关性。结论：内皮素参与慢性肾小球肾炎进展，尿内皮素比血内皮素更能明确反映肾脏病理损害程度且能反映肾小管的损伤程度，是肾小管功能损害的一个指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To elucidate the effects on progressive renal disease of plasma endothelin(PET) and urinary excretion rate of endothelin in patients of chronic glomerulonephritis.Method:PET,UET/12 h creatinine clearance(Ccr) in 60 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and in 30 normal persons were measured.Results:The level of PET and UET in all patients was markedly elevated.Relativity between UET and pathologic grading was found .Non-relativity between PET and pathologic grading was found.Conclusion:Endothelin plays an important role in progressive renal disease.UET shows the degree of damage and changes of functions more clearly than PET. Besides,UET reflects the position of damage and is a sensitive marker of renal tubular damage.更多还原
