【摘要】 目的：探讨某些心血管疾病时血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）、胆固醇（ＴＣ） 的变化及其临床意义。方法：采用放射免疫法及胆固醇酶法分别对３４ 例正常人与３４ 例急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ） 、４３ 例不稳定心绞痛（ＵＡＰ）、２５ 例高血压病（ＨＴ）及２１ 例充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ） 患者分别进行了外周血浆ＥＴ水平及ＴＣ浓度的测定。结果：ＡＭＩ、ＨＴ及ＣＨＦ组血浆ＥＴ水平明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＡＭＩ、ＵＡＰ及ＨＴ组ＴＣ水平也明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）。结论：血浆ＥＴ浓度与ＡＭＩ、ＣＨＦ的发生进展密切相关，ＴＣ浓度与ＨＴ、ＵＡＰ的病理生理过程存在着较为密切的关系更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical singnificance of the variation of the plasma endothelin (ET) and cholesterol (TC) levels on the cardiovascular disease.Method:We determined the peripheral blood ET and TC levels by using radio_immunoassay and enzyme linked immunoassay in 34 healthy persons (control group),34 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI group),43 with unstable angina pectoris(UAP group),25 with hypertension(HT group) and 21 with congestive heart failure(CHF group).Result:The plasma ET levels in the three groups of AMI,HT,and CHF are much higher than tat in the control group(P<0.01),The plasma TC levels in the three groups of AMI,HT,and UAP are much higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The plasma ET density has a close relationship with the physiopathologic pro_gress of AMI and CHF.The plasma TC density has a close relationship with the physiopathologic progress of HT and UAP.更多还原
