【摘要】 研究建立了一套技术比较先进、结构比较完整的电能表检定装置系列，其中包括０．０１级、０．０２级、０．０５级和０．１级电子式和感应式电能表检定装置。该装置的基础是功率容量大、稳定度高并具有全面符合ＩＥＣ１３０６规定的谐波功率检测功能的三相恒功率源。整个检定工作过程由微机自动控制，在ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ９５环境下完全遵照检定规程编制的软件程序，确保检定结果的准确可靠。本装置的另一重要特点是具备核查标准功能，可以对检定数据质量实施基于统计理论的监督和控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract A series of advanced automatic testing equipments for watt hour meters,which incudes those for 0 01,0 02,0 05 and 0 1 grade electric and inductive meters,has been developed.The main component of the equipment is a 3 phase constant power souce with high power capacity and high stability,which has harmonic power testing function meeting the provisions of ICE 1306.The whole testing processes are controlled by PC,and the softwares run under WINDOWS 95,which are programmed according to verification regulations,guarantee the accuracy and reliability of verification results.Another important feature of the equipments is the checking standard function,which can implement supervision and control based on statistic theory to the quality of verification data.更多还原
