提高三甲基乙酸收率的研究
How to increase the yield of trimethylacetic acid
【摘要】 以异丁醇和甲酸为原料在常压下制三甲基乙酸,反应最佳条件为:n(异丁醇)∶n(甲酸)=0.75,n(催化剂)∶n(异丁醇)=6.6,反应温度55℃,滴加和搅拌时间分别为25min和75min;适当调节催化剂硫酸的量,收率可达84.0%。
【Abstract】 Optimum conditions for preparing trimethylacetic acid from iso butanol and formic acid as follows: n (iso butanol)∶ n (formic acid)=0 75, n (catalyst)∶ n (iso butanol)=6 6,reaction temperature is 55℃,times for dropping in and stirring are 25 min and 75 min,respectively.Yield of final product can be reached 84 0% when suitable amount of sulfuric acid is added.
