【摘要】 介绍了用１２∶１ 钨磷杂多酸（ＰＷ １２）和硅酸钠通过凝胶法制备固载杂多酸催化剂ＰＷ １２ ／ＳｉＯ２，并对所制备的催化剂进行了红外光谱、差热以及酸强度测定。以对苯二甲酸（ＴＰＡ）和２－乙基己醇（２－ＥＨ）为原料，用自备的ＰＷ １２／ＳｉＯ２ 催化剂催化酯化合成增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛酯（ＤＯＴＰ），与用硫酸催化合成ＤＯＴＰ相比，该催化合成方法具有催化活性和选择性高、合成工艺简单以及无腐蚀和污染等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The heterogeneous supported heteropoly acid catalyst PW 12 /SiO 2 has prepared by coagulating H 3PW 12 O 40 (PW 12 ) with Na 2SiO 3.The paper described the conditions of the preparation and the IR,DTA and the acid intensity of the catalyst.The synthesis of dioctyl terphthalate (DOTP) using PW 12 /SiO 2 as catalyst shows that this catalyst displayes high catalytic activity for the esterification and has many advantages compared with sulphuric acid,such as the non corrosive and non pollutant properties,the simplicity in treating the products and so on.更多还原
