【Abstract】 Accompanied by the great upsurge of the construction of high - speed railway transit, the combination between the railway transit and land use is receiving more and more attention. This thesis illustrated the significance of railway transit in urban development and summarized the experiences and lessons of land use along the high - speed railway transit in some cities.
