【摘要】 近年发现在肠肌间丛中有ＥＮＫ神经元，但它们与电针之间的关系尚未见报道。本文利用原位杂交方法观察了电针后前脑啡肽原（ＰＰＥ）ｍＲＮＡ在肠肌间丛种经元的表达。结果发现电针后 ＰＰＥ－ｍＲＮＡ的表达明显高于对照组，提示在肠神经系统中，电针诱发 ＰＰＥ－ｍＲＮＡ表达的增加与针刺镇痛的调整机制密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the study, we used the method of in situ hybridization to explore the PPE-mRNA expression of the myenteric neurons after electroacupuncture. Results showed that the expression of PPE-mRNA after electroacupuncture were much more than those of the control. It suggests that there may be a close relationship between an increasing of PPE-mRNA expression in the enteric nervous system induced by electroacupuncture and the regulation of acupuncture on the function of gastrointestinal tract.更多还原
