【摘要】 本实验在福尔马林致痛的大鼠模型上，观察了侧脑室注射孤啡肽对大鼠炎症痛反应及电针镇痛的影响。结果表明：０．１μｇ和０．５μｇ的孤啡肽对大鼠炎症痛反应没有影响，１μｇ的孤啡肽则能明显加强炎症痛反应。电针后侧脑室注射０．１μｇ和１μｇ的孤啡肽，都能明显抑制电针的镇痛作用，说明孤啡肽能拮抗电针镇痛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Orphanin FQ(OFQ) is a newly discovered endogenous opioid-like peptide, and its role in pain modulation and acupuncture analgesia remains to be elucidated. The present study was designed to observe the effect of intracerebroventricular injection of OFQ on pain behavior and electroacupuncture (EA)analgesia in rat formalin test. The results showed that small dose of OFQ(0.1μg and 0. 5μg)had no effect on formalin-induced inflammatory pain. while 1μg OFQ could potentiate it. When OFQ was injected after EA,OFQ at both doses(0. 1μg and 0. 5μg) could decrease the effect of EA. The results suggested that OFQ could antagonize the analgesic effect of EA in inflammatory state.更多还原
