人体外周血染色体标本制备
The Sample Preparation of Peripheral Blood Chromosome in a Human Body
【摘要】 本文用采自正常人体的静脉血,通过外周血淋巴细胞短期培养,较成功的制备了外周血染色体标本,并对其方法的改进进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 By using venous blood collected from a healthy human body and cultivating pe- ripheral blood lymphocyte in a short period,we have successfully prepared the sample of peripheral blood chromosome,and duscussed how to improve the method.
