大麦多节矮秆性状的研究——Ⅱ.多节矮秆性状的染色体定位
Chromosome Localization of Multi-noded and Dwarf Genes in Barley
【摘要】 采用14个大麦染色体标记性状材料,对大麦突变体76-2104进行了多节矮秆性状在染色体上的定位研究.研究结果表明:(1)多节矮秆性状分别由一对隐性基因控制.(2)控制多节矮秆两对性状的基因位于第四染色体上.长节间矮生(sid)与多节的交换值为12.41±2.05%.三叉芒K与多节、矮秆两对性状之间的交换值分别为47.80±4.07%和42.26±3.85%.(3)在F2代和追踪的F3代中,出现了正常矮秆和多节高秆两种不同于父母本的重组类型,再次确证多节和矮秆两对性状并非一因多效,而呈紧密连锁.据估算,多节与矮秆两对性状之间的交换值在不同组合表现为4.46~12.51之间.所分离出的正常节矮秆重组体在大麦育种中可作为矮源加以利用.
【Abstract】 14 crosses were made with multi-noded and dwarf mutants 76-2104 and marker stocks in barley in 1993. The genetics and genes localization were studied through F1、F2 and F3 generations the results of two years(1993~1995) were shown: (1) The multi-noded and dwarf characters of 76-2104 are controlled by one recessive allel respectively. (2) The multi-noded and dwarf Gene were linked to the marker genes sid (single elongated-internode dwarf) and K(triple awned lemma). The recombation values estimeted were:sid to many nodes 12. 42±2. 05%K to many nodes 47. 80±4. 07%K to dwarfism 42. 26±3. 85%It was inferred that multi-noded and dwarf genes were located on chromosome 4, according to the relationship established above. (3) Two recombinant types, normal-nodes dwarf and multi-nodes tall, were found in F2 and F3 generations. It may indicate that the genes controlling two characters of many nodes and dwarfism were two closely linked genes rather than the same gene which means pleiotropism. The recombation values were 5.54~10.53 for multinodes to dwarfism in different crosses. (4) The normal nodes dwarfism which segregated from the crossesbetween 76-2104 and other varieties could be used in barley breeding program as the new dwarf germplasms.
