【Abstract】 Clozapine-PVP(polyvinylpyridone) solid dispersion was prepared by solvent method, andidentified by IR. The dissolution rate of clozapine in clozapine-PVP solid dispersion showed more markedillcrease than that of the tablets and clozapine-PVP mixture in vitro, and the content of PVP in the bestprescription of solid dispersion was 70%.更多还原
