【摘要】 对HIV感染者的管理是艾滋病防制工作的重要组成部分.山东省在对HIV感染者的管理中,实施了健康教育、健康咨询、定点医疗服务和血清监测等措施,积累了一定的经验,发现了不少问题.我们认为加强立法,充分发挥政府的督导作用以增进多部门间的协作是实施对HIV感染者有效管理的重要环节,有效的健康教育能增强公众的预防意识,减少对HIV感染者的歧视,必要的保密措施和良好的医患关系均有利于对HIV感染者的管理.更多还原

【Abstract】 The management on individuals infected with HIV is an important part for prevention and control of AIDS. Health education and consultation, health service in fixed hospital and surveillance on their family were conducted in Shandong province. We accumulated some experiences and found many problems in this area. It was believed that legislation, government’s support and cooperation with different departments were very key initiatives for the management. Effective health education could promote the preventive consciousness in general population and decrease the discrimination to individuals infected with HIV. Essential confidentiality and friendly relationship between health workers and patients were profitable for the management.更多还原
