【Abstract】 The existing problems on the mathematic algebraic course in national monorities in higher teachers education has been discussed and the idea of reform henceforth put forward;that is to have our eyes on the 21st century and compile a high quality algebraic textbook of basic mathematics to fit in with the economic,culture and education in the northwest.Its range and quality of the contents are supposed to agree with the reality of minority students.In accordance with the chracteristics of minority students,we should reform all round the teaching method of algebraic course.And we fully expounded our views for the above two aspects.更多还原
