牛革制造中材料的选用——复鞣剂与复鞣特征

【摘要】 本文对34种鞣剂进行功能测试,对3个指标进行考查,如增厚、复鞣性及崩裂高度。每一指标被划为4个级别。将增厚从5%-25%划分,Relingan RF(BASF)、Leukotan1084(R&H)、DM(四川望化)在20%~25%最高级别。对蓝皮复鞣看,Leukomn970(R&H)、BlacotanBC (Silva)、Mimosa(Silva)有最高的收缩温度(Ts>106℃)。最高值最大级别12.6-13mm,是由DM(四川望化)、Basyanan DLE(BASF)和TaniganLT-C(Bayer)复鞣得到的。

【Abstract】 There are three Kinds of functions of 34 retanagents to have been tested, thickening, retanning power and bursting height. Each of them was divided into 4 grades. Thickening is from 5% to 25%, and Relugan RE (BASF). Lenkotan 1084 (R&H), DM (Sichuan WangHua) are at the largest grade of thickening 20%-25%. Leukotan970 (R&H), Blacotan BC (Silva) and mimosa (Silva) have the strongest tanning power to blue (Ts>106℃), The best hursting heiglat grade 12.6-13mm is obtained by DM, BasytanDLE (BASF) and TaniganLT-C (Bayer). All tests are done with 10% retan agent (base on blue), and cattle blue is size 20cm×20cm.
