【摘要】 双歧杆菌是对人类具有独特生理功能的厌氧微生物类群。采用常规分离方法和设备及气相色谱分析，对来自母乳、健康母乳喂养婴儿的粪便、健康长寿老人的唾液及蜜蜂肠道中的双歧杆菌进行了分离、纯化和鉴定，最终获得了三株双歧杆菌，其中两株分别为婴儿双歧杆菌和短双歧杆菌，为以后产品的开发奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Bifidobacteria which is a kind of anaerobe strains have an unqiue biophysical effect to people. By ordinary isolatcd methods,instruments and the gas chromatogram analysis. The isolation,purification and identification of the Bifidobacteria from all kinds samples that come from breast-feed baby’s excrement,mother liquor,health old man’s saliva,bee’s intestine have obtained three strain Bifidobacterium. The two strains name the bifidobacterium infantis and the bifidobacterium breve respectively,it has payed foundation on the later product’s application and development.更多还原
