【Abstract】 A counting method of living bacteria in microbial fertilizer has been studied. The effective testing processing and the morphology of the bacterial colony as well as the dilution standard for this counting method has been carefully selected. Meanwhile,the test result in this counting method has also been compared with other test method. It is revealed that this counting method can be used for further improving the Regulation NY227-94 for microbial fertilizer since the morphology of bacterial cultured from this counting method are very similar to the morphology of the check one. Additionally this counting method can be repeated ln the same way and the result is more accuracy.更多还原
