纤维素酶酶解麦草条件试验
The Conditions Experiment of Enzymosis Wheatgrass with Cellulose Enzyme
【摘要】 以麦草纤维为基质,筛选高活性纤维素酶菌株,并进行酶解条件试验。结果表明:绿色木霉511和黑曲霉F27具有较高腐解麦草的能力,其酶活分别为6106μg/g·min、4414μg/g·min,酶解麦草的最适条件为PH5.5~6.0.42C、4d
【Abstract】 The conditions of experiment enzymosis in which the base material is wheatgrass cellulose and the high active cellulose-enzyme-stem were screened. The results indicated that the higher active of rotten wheatgrass are grear-wood-mold 511 and black-aspergillus F27. The best condltions of enzymosis wheatgrass is pH 5. 5~ 6. 0, 42 C, 4 d.
