【Abstract】 The materials used in this research included" Da Chaoxen"apricot and" Er Hua Touxen" apricot. The respiratory rate, ethylene production, peroxidase and the dry weight percent of the flowers were studied at different time. The result showed that the changes of respiratory rate,ethylene production and the dry weight percent of the flowers were decreasing firstly and then increasing laterly.
