【摘要】 用新型化学杀雄剂EN对甘蓝型油菜进行杀雄效果试验。结果表明，0．3μng／mlEN单核期处理效果最好，不育株率接近100％。杀雄后油菜花药皱缩、色淡、花丝缩短，花药无花粉，或为空秕、畸形的败育花粉，自交不结实，异交正常结实。该杀雄剂效果好、成本低，是较为理想的新型油菜化学杀雄剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new chemical inducing male sterility agent EN was made up and its effect trial of induc-ing male sterility was studied in B. napus. The result indicats that the EN with the concentration of 0. 3μg/ml and spraying at the uninucleate stage has the best effect made male sterile plants nearly 100%, theanther of treated rape plants shrinked, light color and the filament shortened. There are no pollen or onlyempty and malformation pollen in treated anther. The treated plant has no seed in the state of self-crossand had a normal seed in the state of allogamy. The EN is a better new type chemical inducing ma1e sterili-ty agent with the advantage of high effect and low cost.更多还原
