【摘要】 法氏囊细胞培养上清经浓缩、离心后，分别进行溶血空斑形成试验和鸡NDⅣ系免疫试验。结果表明．法民囊细胞培养上清能够显著提高SRBC免疫，小鼠脾细胞的PFC数目（P<0.01）．对雏鸡NDⅣ系免疫有促进作用．与免疫对照组相比．HI抗体水平平均提高1个滴度，证明体外培养的法葡萄氏囊细胞能分泌免疫活性因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Culture supernatants of chicken or embryo bursa of fabricius were harvested, and the ef-fects of which on mouse PFC and the chicken ND Ⅳ vaccination were tested. It results that the super-natants’in vitro enhanced the index of PFC significantly (P <0. 001) in a dose-dependent manner, andincreased the titer of the antibody to ND Ⅳ vaccine in chicken serum as well- It indicates that the cells ofchicken or embryo bursa of fabricius are able to synthesize and creatc the Bursin, which has the immunoac-tivity similar to the Bursin from bursa of fabricius.更多还原
