桃蚜不同体色生物型的寄主适应性

【摘要】 将4种寄主植物上的4种不同体色的桃蚜分别接到该4种寄主植物上进行反复试验,结果表明:不同体色生物型桃蚜在各寄主植物上的存活率,成、若蚜发育历期,产仔动态及内禀增长力均有明显差异,说明不同体色生物型对不同寄主植物的适应性不同。尤其是各色型个体当从烟草转接到桃树、从油菜转接到桃树或烟草、从甘蓝转接到桃树或烟草时,新接蚜虫均不能存活。

【Abstract】 4 body-colour (red, green, yellow and brown) biotypes of the green peach aphid. Myzuspersicae (Sulzer) were transplanted and bred on peach (Prunus persicae L. ),tobacco (Nicotiana tabacumL. ),rape (Brassica compestris L. ) and wild cabbage (Brasica olerocea var. capIjata L. ) each other in or-der to study the adaptability of various body-colour biotypes to host plants. Results should that there wereof significant differences of the survival rates,development periods of adults of larva,reproductive dynamicsand innate capacity for increase of 4 body-colour biotypes on various host plants- It could be concluded thatthe adaptabilities of various body-colour biotypes to host plants are different in natural conditions. More-over,all the aphids of each body-colour biotype could not survive when they were transplanted from tobaccoto peach,or from rape to peach and tobacco,of from wild cabbage to peach and tobacco.
