【摘要】 采用Ｌ２５（５６） 正交试验设计研究了不同浓度的多效唑（ 简称ＭＥＴ） 和矮壮素（ 简称ＣＣＣ） 对小麦花培苗在常温下安全越夏的作用。结果表明：在小麦花培苗的壮苗培养基中加入２ ～３ ｍｇ／ＬＭＥＴ和２ ～３ ｍｇ／ＬＣＣＣ 均可使小麦花培苗安全越夏。ＭＥＴ的效果比较明显，ＣＣＣ 的效果比较平稳。ＭＥＴ用药量比较严格，超过３ ｍｇ／Ｌ，出现严重药害更多还原

【Abstract】 The green plantlet of wheat anther culture through summer was researched with MET and CCC by L 25 (5 6)design.The results shows:The green plantlet of wheat anther culture can pass the summer safely when 2～3 mg/L MET or 2～3 mg/L CCC were put into the medium for green plantlet.The effect of MET is more obvious than CCC,but CCC is more stable.MET will damage plantlet if the dosage is equal or over 3 mg/L.更多还原
