普通小麦─簇毛麦抗白粉病异代换系的选育

【摘要】 硬粒小麦─簇毛麦双二倍体对白粉病免疫,抗条锈。以部分阿勃小麦缺体系与其杂交、回交,杂交结实率为0~81.25%,回交率为6.67%~14.42%,F1植株存活率为0~80%;所用缺体系不同,杂交结实率和F1植株存活率存在差异。F1存活植株大多花粉改育或花药不开裂,自交结实能力差,只能得到极少量种子。在阿勃6B缺体系与硬粒小麦─簇毛麦双二倍体的回交后代中选育出普通小麦─簇毛麦异代换系,该代换系对白粉病免疫,生长良好,结实正常。

【Abstract】 The amphdiploid of Triticum durun- Ha. villosa, immunity to powdery mildew and striperust, were crossed and backcrosscd with nullisomics of Abbondanza. The seed set rates of the Fo wereranged from 0 to 81. 25%, backerossing secd set rates from 6. 67 % to 14. 42 %, and the rates of survivedplants in F1 were from 0 to 80%. The seed set rates and percentage of survived plants in F1 were varied asthe difference of the nullisomics used. The most pollen were abortive or anther unsplit, the capacity ofselfing seed set were lower, and only small amount of seeds were got in these F1. The alien substitutionline of wheat-Ha. villosa was developed in the backerossing generations of nullisomics 6B in Abbondanzaand Tr. durum - Ha. villosa amphdiploid. The substitution line grows normal, immunity to powderymildew.
