【Abstract】 The content of polysaccharides extracted from the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides was determined at 480nm to be 11.42% by spectrophotometry using a phenol concentrated sulfuric acid as the color developer IR spectrum showed the glycosidation linkage of β configuration and absence of carboxylic acid at 884 and 1 700cm -1 ,respectively, and UV spectrum indicated that no nucleic acid and protein existed in the polysaccharides.更多还原
