【摘要】 目的:总结35例经蝶入路显微手术治疗垂体腺瘤的体会.方法:均行CT及MRI检查肿瘤全切除及近全切除29例(82.8%),大部分切除5例,术后放疗15例.结果:无颅内感染及死亡,随访3个月～2年,取得了较好的效果.结论:根据肿瘤大小及扩展情况采用相应的微创伤性手术技巧是提高肿瘤全切率,降低死亡率和复发率的关键.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the rapetic experience of 35 patients of pitaitary adenoma with transsphenoidal approach operation.Methods: 35 patients were diagnosised by CT and MRI.Total tumor removed were achieved in 29 patients(82. 8%) , subtotal removed were effected in 5 patients. Radiotherapy was recommended in 15 patients. Results: Most of the cases have achieved excellent result with follow-up study from3 months to 2 years without death and intracranial infection. Conclusion: It’ s very crucial to give such minimal invasive operation according to the tumor’s seize and extension to raise the totally removed rate and reduce the operative mortality and postooperative recurrence.更多还原
