【摘要】 目的:研究粘附分子CD44在乳腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系,以求更加深入地探讨乳腺癌侵袭和转移的机制,为乳腺癌临床的诊治提供参考.方法:采用免疫组织化学ABC法,研究CD44S及CD44V6在52例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达强度.结果:在52例乳腺癌中,CD44S阳性18例(34.6%),阴性34例(65.4%);CD44V6阳性16例(30.8%),阴性36例(69.2%).CD44的表达未发现与病人年龄、肿瘤大小、病理分期、组织学分级、雌孕激素受体有统计学相关,CD44V6的表达,腋淋巴结阳性组的表达率明显高于腋淋巴结阴性组,且组织学分级Ⅲ级CD44V6阳性表达率明显高于Ⅰ Ⅱ级.结论:CD44V6在乳腺癌中的表达与肿瘤的组织学分级及腋淋巴结状态密切相关.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate expression of CD44 in breast cancer cells and its relationship to clinical and pathological character. In an attempt to study more deeply about the mechanisms of invasion and metastasis of breast cancer and give some references to the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Methods: The expression of breast carcinoma cells were studied using immunohistochemical methods(ABC methods). Semi-quantitative methods were used to judge the results. For statistical analysis, chi-square-test was used. Results: Of 52 cases, 18 had CD44S positive expression while 34 showed negative expression; 16 had CD44V6 positive expression while 36 showed negative exxpression. CD44V6 expression rate in his-tological grade III were much higher than that of grade I II (P<0. 05) .We also found CD44V6 expression rate had significant correlation with axillary node. The correlation between CD44 expression and patient age, tumor diameter, TNM classification and estrogen receptor and progestin receptor was not found. Conclusion: CD44V6 expression has significant correlation with histological grade and axillary node.更多还原
